The Wilderness Hills Food Truck schedule for 2025! (so far)

The weather is warming up and that means the food trucks will be back soon!

Thanks to all of you who filled out the survey, which gave our team some valuable insight! (yes, we have a team now - thanks Dana and Katie!)

Three pieces of feedback we are acting on are:

1) More family-friendly options

These are harder to find, but we are searching far and wide. If you know of any food trucks specializing in hamburgers or other food kids/teenagers will eat, please let me know at [email protected].

We are trying to pay more attention to the type of foods we are booking and not stacking similar types on top of each other.

2) Thursdays are popular

We’ve been doing a lot of Wednesdays, but we’ll be mixing in some Thursdays. And…(keep reading)

3) More sweet treats!

We experimented with this last year and it was a hit. So we’ll be starting with an early Saturday morning with our neighbors who own The Long and Grinding Road, and then some other desserts on other Friday and Saturday nights.

But here is the part you really came for - the schedule! All times are 5-7:30 p.m. unless noted and will be located at 9024 Keystone Drive in the commons area. Tell your neighbors and friends! Don’t see your favorite food truck? Email [email protected] with any recommendations.

June 7 - Waffleman, 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

June 12 - Skymart

July 10 - Billie’s Grilled Cheese

July 23- Kain Na Tayo
