OK, to all of you who opened the email and went down to the food truck spot on Keystone Drive Monday to see Mary Ellen’s nowhere in site, I am so sorry.

I sent out the wrong email on the wrong day! I apologize for leading you and your stomachs astray.

But here’s the good news: Mary Ellen’s is coming to 9024 Keystone Drive on WEDNESDAY, June 5.

The menu:

- Pulled pork
- Fried catfish

- Baked beans
- Coleslaw
