Billie's Grilled Cheese makes its Wilderness Hills debut Thursday!

We love all of the food trucks that take the time to set up shop in our neighborhood. But many of them are Lincoln-based. So, I was nervous to reach out to Billie’s Grilled Cheese, which is based out of York.

Thankfully, they said yes!

Billie’s Grilled Cheese will be at 9024 Keystone Drive on Thursday, July 10 from 5-7:30 p.m. with what looks like a delicious menu. Check this thing out:

How am I supposed to choose? I love breakfast for dinner. But also a brisket grilled cheese?

It’s going to be so good, and I’ll be eager to hear your feedback.

I’m working on the schedule for the rest of the summer and into fall, but here is what we have locked in. I’ll send more updates when I have them!
