Anna's Papusas can't make it this week

Anna’s Papusas just messaged me to say they are having a staffing issue and cannot make it to Wilderness Hills this week. It’s a bummer, and also understandable. They were very apologetic and said they enjoyed their previous visit.

You’ll see the food truck signs up in the neighborhood, but ignore them. We’ll pull them down ASAP - maybe before you ever saw them :)

Anna’s Papusas were supposed to be our grand finale! As you know, Nebraska weather is unpredictable this time of year, and I’m hesitant to book later in October.

I guess this is so long for now, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you all of you for making this possible. Each of the trucks always say how they enjoy coming to our neighborhood, and while the sales are great they always talk about how kind, patient and generous our neighbors are.

I’ll be sending out a survey later this year. I hope you’ll take time to fill it out as we strive to improve.
